😰 I’M FEELING ANXIOUS
God’s Truth: Anxiety is real, but it doesn’t have the final word. God doesn’t promise a life without trouble, but He promises His presence in the middle of it. You don’t have to carry tomorrow’s worries by yourself. Jesus invites you to bring every fear to Him because He cares deeply for you.

😔 I’M FEELING DEPRESSED
God’s Truth: Sometimes life feels heavy, and it can seem like the darkness will never lift. Even faithful people in the Bible experienced deep discouragement. God doesn’t walk away from you when you’re hurting—He draws near. Your feelings matter, but they don’t define your identity. You are loved, seen, and valuable because of who you are in Christ.
